DURATION: Permanent - Full time
SHIFT: Days
PAY RATE: $58,000.00 to $73,000.00 yearly

**$5K Sign on and $10K Relocation for Qualified Hire**

Responsibilities:

Obtains, interprets, and applies age-related (pediatric, adult, and geriatric) patient information in terms of cognitive, physical, emotional, and normal growth/development needs of the patient.
Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
Ensure that patients take their medication.
